ShippingOur preferred method of shipping United States Parcel Service(USPS), most orders are shipped Priority and have a standard 2-3 days delivery. However, some heavier items may be shipped by Federal Express Ground(Fed Ex) or by United Parcel Service Ground(UPS). Also, certain consumer commodities(Hazardous Materials) such as pepper sprays can only be shipped by ground service.
Once your order has been shipped, it can be tracked anytime by logging into your account at www.RescueStat.com and clicking on the supplied Tracking link for the courier used. If you are unable to login to your account, please contact customer service by email at customer-service@rescuestat.com
We attempt to have all orders shipped within 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed, however at times due to stock shortages it may require 7-10 business days. If your order will take longer then 7-10 business days to ship we will contact you and give you an approximate delivery date.
For orders being shipped to the states of Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges for orders may be higher. We make all attempts to send orders to Alaska and Hawaii by USPS Flat Rate Priority(preferred) or Parcel Post to keep prices low and inline with our normal shipping charges. For orders outside the contigous(lower 48) please contact customer-service to check if your order will require additional shipping charges.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL
• ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE.
• Closeout items, Special orders(ie: hemmed, embroidered, or have had patches applied/removed, etc) or items that have altered(including hemming) are not returnable.
• Orders returned due to undeliverability are subject to additional shipping charges for delivery.
• You MUST include a Return Form and a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. • Returns of non-returnable(Closeout, customized, or special order) products OR products showing signs of use or alterations will be returned and credit denied.

RETURNS FOR REFUND
• Returned merchandise must be received with all tags intact, in orginal condition with no evidence of use or washing.
• After your merchandise is returned and examined you will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise minus 10% restocking fee.
• Original Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you made your purchase with a credit card, credit will be refunded to that original credit card.
• You MUST include the Return Form and a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. • Items listed in the CLOSEOUT category are Non-returnable
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
• If you return a product for a size or style exchange, you are responsible for the return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure any products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.
• If your product is not found in this original condition or shows signs of use or washing, the item will be returned to you and additional shipping fees will be charged.
• Exchanges may be subject to restocking fees.
